Frequently Asked Questions

At Jordan Logistics 252, we believe transparency is the foundation of a successful move.

Below are the answers to the questions we hear most often from our residential and commercial clients.

What areas do you serve?

While our roots are firmly planted in the 252 area code, we are fully equipped for both local and non-local moves. Whether you are moving across town or across state lines, we provide the same level of precision and care.

What is your "Condition In, Condition Out" guarantee?

This is our promise that your items will arrive in the exact state they were in when we took possession. We use a combination of digital condition reporting, high-resolution photo documentation, and premium protective materials to ensure "same-condition" delivery.

Do you handle packing and unpacking?

Yes. We offer full-service, "white-glove" solutions. Our team can manage everything from carefully wrapping your glassware to uncrating and positioning heavy industrial machinery at your new location.

What exactly counts as a "hard-to-move" item?

We define this as any item that requires more than just standard muscle. This includes oversized items (pianos, gun safes), fragile technology (server racks, medical equipment), and high-value assets (fine art, industrial machinery). If other companies have said "no" to it, we usually say "yes."

How do you protect sensitive electronics or machinery?

We use a multi-layered approach involving anti-static wraps, shock-absorbent padding, and custom-built crates when necessary. Our trucks also utilize specialized suspension systems to minimize road vibration during transit.

Are you insured for high-value items?

Absolutely. Jordan Logistics 252 is fully licensed and carries comprehensive insurance. For exceptionally high-value or specialized commercial assets, we can discuss specific coverage options during our planning meeting.

Estimates & Scheduling

How do I get an estimate?

The process starts with you reaching out via our website or phone. We will provide an initial estimate based on your needs, followed by a Discovery Meeting.

What happens during the Discovery Meeting?

We sit down with you to map out the physical logistics of the move. We identify potential "pinch points," discuss your specific questions, and finalize the strategy for your "hard-to-move" items. This ensures there are no surprises on moving day.

How far in advance should I book?

To ensure we have the specific rigging and equipment reserved for your date, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance
